This experience is similar to a guided painting class, with a little life coaching sprinkled throughout. Bring your lens of curiosity and be ready to dance on your chair, make new friends, celebrate life and express your creativity on the canvas! We are all wired for connection, let yourself be seen and share your unique gifts and light with the world!

Hope Kendall
Hope Kendall is a Life Coach, Artist, Instructor and your Host! She enjoys all things outdoors, living a full authentic life and spending time with her family. She is passionate about helping others improve their mindset and considers herself an advocate for people. She the founder and CEO of Arise Coaching and Retreats, a public speaker, an author, an artist and is currently working to complete her bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services.
